
Coach Tim is a United States Air Force veteran and dedicated fitness and nutrition coach who believes that discipline, structure, and consistency can transform not only your body but your life.
After serving in the military, Tim developed a passion for helping others regain control of their health and fitness. He understands the challenges busy men and fathers face when trying to balance work, family, and personal health. His mission is to help men lose weight, build strength, and become stronger leaders in their families and communities.

Tim’s coaching focuses on practical nutrition, sustainable fat loss, strength training, and tactical fitness, including rucking and performance-based conditioning. His goal is to help everyday men—especially dads—develop the discipline, strength, and habits needed to lead healthier and stronger lives.
